Terms and conditions

It is the sole  responsibility of the student to make sure they have both parts of there licence with them  for the Theory and Practical Test. We will not be held responsible if you turn up without either part.

Please be advised that if you use your own car you must check out on the DSA website the requirements for your vehicle as they often update recalls on certain cars/ if your car is one of them you will not be allowed to use that car for your test.

You must check the date and time of their Practical test at least 3 clear working days before it is due, and on the day of the test in case of any unfornseen changes that may have occurd.  For example, the DSA will often change a test date at short notice if they can no longer cver the time slot with an examiner. Changes may also occur due to bad weather or instructor sickness or mechanical faults.  If this is the case, we will do our upmost to re book you with an alternative instructor.

You can check your Practical test on the DSA website.  All you need is your Theory Certificate Number and your Licence Number.

If you have not had confirmation of your Theory test through the post, this can also be checked on the DSA website.

All Theory and Practical tests are booked with the same card used for the deposit, and this price comes off the overall price of the course.

All free re tests are also booked with the pupils card, and the price of this test comes off the tuition fees on the day.  This is done to prevent pupils simply not attending their test  due to nerves or a last minute change of plan ect.

All free re tests are subject to hiring the instructor and car through the school, and a booking fee is also charged if you want a quick cancellation.

Once the payment has been made for the deposit and tests, the outstanding balance must be paid in the car to the instructor.

If you have any problems with your course, you must notify the office on the same day.

48 hours are required to change any pre booked lessons with your instructor.

All courses over 3 hours will have a half hour break within the course time.  More time can be added if you choose, this can be discussed with your instructor as and when.
